Someone once asked us what our whiskey is like, how can we let is sit and age? When do we know when it is ready? Our response was that it is a lot like farming. You can't reap your harvest before it's ready, you plant the seed and wait, by the graces of God you will one day reap a harvest that your blood, sweat and tears went into and it will be one to be enjoyed by all.
We are excited to announce on Small Business Saturday (November 28th) we will be releasing Montana's First Bottled-In-Bond Whiskey! This is the anniversary date of our initial release date of our Bin 7 Wheat Whiskey. This product is truly 100% Montana Grown, Mashed, Fermented, Distilled, Aged and Bottled right here. Our family farms grew the grains that made this spirit, and our one and only Mr. Brooks Marshall has been the watchful eye over every process. This spirit is a tribute to his hard work and the authenticity of our operations.

The Bottled-In-Bond Act of 1897 was originally envisioned to be a signal of quality and authenticity to the consumer set by the 54th Congress of the United States. A Bottled-In-Bond whiskey is made by one distiller, in one season, aged at least four years and is bottled at 100 proof. Our Bottled-In-Bond Wheat Whiskey showcases the best of who we are and what we grow.
